Shaun Ogden brings both a background in architectural study and a father-to-son love of construction to each and every project he takes on. He was put to work on a construction site by his father at the age of five and never looked back. This background has established Ogden as a hands-on and accessible builder as well as one who delivers personalized service to each client. The first house Shaun ever built was his own. He now builds about 10 to 12 homes per year ranging anywhere from $200,000 to over $1 million. His goal is to stay under 20 projects each year so that he can oversee each one himself and doesn’t have to trust his companies' reputation to someone else.
Homes built by Shaun Ogden are distinctive in the area and are constantly recognized for the quality of work that goes into them. Ogden works as his own superintendant, meaning he is in close contact with each of his subcontractors and suppliers, so that he can guarantee the quality of the materials and workers he is trusting to work on his projects.
